Shipping is free on all orders, with no minimum purchase.

Delivery time
Most orders arrive within 7–15 business days after they ship. Delivery times can sometimes be longer during holidays, bad weather or busy seasons.

Tracking
When your order ships, we'll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when it's available.

Your address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us as soon as possible at Softdaysale@gmail.com and we'll do our best to update it before the order ships.

Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, see our Refund Policy. You don't need to send damaged items back. If your tracking shows no updates for a long time, contact us and we'll help.
